This location is a joke. Every time I go there I always walk in on an inappropriate conversation that the staff is having. The last time I was there the girl name Sandra that I now know is the Manager was making a pizza and sneezed into her hand then continued to make the pizza. I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she looked at me and said “oh I didn’t sneeze”. But I was like I literally just saw you. I proceeded to ask if that was my pizza and if so could it be remade after she wash her hands. She told me she doesn’t have product to waste on remaking pizzas. So I said never mind I don’t want the pizza can I just have a refund. She told me the machine was down even though I just paid with my card about 7 minutes prior. Yea I would never be eating from this Domino’s again.. At least not while Sandra is still there.

Worst customer service experience ever! Ran into errors while placing an order online. Called them twice only to be bounced around only to be RUDELY informed that they won't deliver because of a shortage of drivers. The lady on the phone seemed to be having a bad day or just liked to speak like she was shouting orders.

Do not purchase from this Dominos. I ordered and was contacted and told it would take 2 hours for my delivery which I agreed to due to a high volume of deliveries being ordered. When they arrived they had forgotten my (2) butter garlic sauces that I paid for. I called them and spoke to Jasmine, the Manager, and she was extremely rude and pretty much was like ohh well. I inquired about a refund and she rudely was like it fine you'll get a refund and hung up on me! She didn't ask me my name, confirm my order number, nothing! When I called back they kept placing me on hold as to hopes that I would just hang up. After several minutes she got back on the phone with her stank attitude and we confirmed the refund information. Nobody told you to work at Dominos Jasmine, don't have an attitude with customers when you all made a mistake! If I could give them a (0) out of 5 I would!

All three of my pizzas were over cooked. Felt like I was eating cardboard.

It doesnt matter if they do. It will take them 4 hours to deliver it to you and it will be cold. Possibly with mold starting to grow on it. NEVER order from here.
This restaurant blew off our order and we waited for 3hours to have to eat out of a vending machine
