i ordered a pizza and the person on phone said he would deliver the pizza in 35 to 45 mins. and said they would charge 7$ for deliver fee in spite they said it’s free delivery. i gave another 2$ tip and the pizza never showed up.

I ordered through GrubHub. They canceled my first order with no explanation, I reordered thinking maybe it was a mistake. They let a whole hour go by and they canceled again claiming to be too busy. How can a pizza restaurant be too busy to make pizza on a Saturday afternoon? And by the way, the hour that they wasted was the eta for when it should have been delivered. Outrageous... Btw this was my first time trying to eat at this location.

Poor communication between grub hub and the store. Placed an order through grubhub and Sarpinos confirmed the order would be made and delivered. Waited over an hour for the delivery but when I called the store to check the status, they said they cancelled the order through grub hub but never actually did. We were never alerted the order was cancelled. Thanks Sarpinos.

Native from Metro Detroit and this used to be one of the pizzas in Chicago that felt like home. The quality has gone down tremendously. The last three times I've ordered I've received undercooked, doughy crust and less than stellar pizza. This time both pizzas looked like a 4-year-old cut them and they lacked in toppings. An absolute mess. Shut it down.
