Food is often old at this location. More often then not fries are cold and hard. Condiments like ranch are not good. Chicken tenders often taste stale. Maybe it's because I am usually eat I g late when I stop here but I am often disappointed.

Why did the Ferrum,Va Dairy Queen stop selling wet nuts ? That’s the best part of any dessert on the menu :-(

Ice cream here it came out pretty quickly but the taste wasn’t all that great I got some thing I normally get so it’s not like I just decided to try something new maybe the machines need to be clean I’m not sure other than that the staff is friendly and the food came out and a decent amount of time and everybody else seem to enjoy their‘s.

I was visiting from New Mexico and came here with family a couple times during my trip. I was highly impressed with the service, how clean everything was including most fast food restaurants the employees are loud and obnoxious but here at this location , it's the complete opposite. Staff is absolutely professional, makes me feel welcome and appreciated with each visit. It's very hard to find places like this so thank you to all the employees at this location for all your loyal and dedicated hard work.
