Edit: Update. Recieved a call from Kiki just minutes after posting. Was offered a full refund. Kiki has been nothing but helpful throughout, I do not belive this would have transpired had they not been on vacation. I will alter this review upon the refund being finalized. . Wednesday afternoon we called, got an appointment for Thursday morning. Had the car towed there around 9am Thursday.  Quoted $900+ for 5 hours of work and a water pump replacement. Wasn't done by closing Thursday. Bailey didn't call to update us. We called and were told it would be done around 9am Friday morning. Friday morning I called at 10:42am no answer. Called back at 2:05pm, told the electrician would be there at 4pm. At 4:03pm was called to say the electrician wasn't coming. Would be there Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes 8:20am I recieve a call the electrician called in sick and nothing would be done until Monday. Talked to Kiki on Monday. Then we find out the electrician will be there on Tuesday. Tuesday 5:17pm get a call, they found the problem. Another part of the car was broken during the original water pump job, bricking my car(admitted by technician) my functioning car would no longer start due to their mistake. They had to order the part that was broken by pepboys from the dealership. Kiki was kind enough to retrieve the part on their day off. Called at 9:47 Thursday today that it was ready. Total 8 days no car for a 5 hour job. It's unacceptable. It's cost me so much money and stress. I've had to pay for 4x daily ubers. I couldn't do my side job of making deliveries. I don't have another method of transport. Got a measly 10% off, turned into a mediocre 15% off after much debate. Pay. Go out to my car to leave. The fuse box is open with a fuse cover on the floorboard with a screwdriver. Unbelievable. Bailey has a friendly tone but is incredibly tone deaf to the reality of the situation. Stay away from this location, shoddy work (broke a part, then needed a specialist to travel to diagnose), extreme lack of communication. Argumentative and unwilling to make right on their mistake. I was incredibly understanding and forgiving throughout and frankly they deserved much worse. Left feeling cheated and screwed. Kindness gets you nowhere.

My experience at Pepboys Seminole was Outstanding. I received excellent professional service and the manager Kenyatta was very knowledgeable and I trusted her recommendation of a service I wasn't aware that I needed. I'm so glad I did because I could have ended up stranded on the side of the road and no one wants that. Also I would like to add that the waiting area was clean and I was greeted promptly as soon as I entered. I know this is a long review, but when it comes to our vehicles its nice to know there is a reliable place we can trust to do the job right. I cannot say enough about my experience and I will defaintly be back and will recommend Pepboys Seminole to anyone I know for their car care needs. Way to go Pepboys!👍🏼👍🏼

Aged shop with only small and not really comfortable seating area right in front of the desk. They didn't check the wiper fluid and didn't reset the oil change reminder of the car, hence it popped up just a few miles after leaving the shop. Also the coolant level is about 2 inches below the min level and obviously they didn't check that in a "full inspection". Very disappointing and hence not reliable and cannot recommend at all. But at least the front desk guy was kind of friendly.

Had appt and for oil change today. When my car was ready, i was told it was $114+. I could not believe what i was asked to pay. I’ve had oil changes there and have the receipts. Never paid more than $65. I told them i will not return. There was a potential customer who heard me and walked out. This is outrageous.
