Eyeglass World, at the Largo location, came to the rescue when I broke my glasses beyond repair. I went in at 9:00 and had a new pair by 4:00 that afternoon.

Yes. Ask for Louis and he will go out of has way to help you in any way he can! They can send it out to get new lenses altered for you.
I'm not sure about a diabetic exam. I do know any eye Dr can see if there's any damage from it.
Separate charges, call for costs and insurance information.
I think so but definitely worth a quick call. They have repaired and helped me with everything I've needed so far eyeglasses wise. Ask for Louis hes the best in the industry!
