I've gotten 3-4 batteries there over the years and they've always been really nice, knowledgeable, and reasonable quick, even at their busiest. The batteries have all lasted as long, if not longer than the new batteries I paid over $100 for. If you haven't yet, give them a chance. You'll save some time and money.

The battery i bought is messed up as well and i don't know if they do refunds but i need one
Yes we do buy back use and junk batteries. We except two battery a day. And the price depends on the size of the battery.
Their batteries have a 90 day warranty, and you most likely dont need the receipt, as they are marked, with the logo.
Batteries will be bought end of next week. Market price for auto between $7-10

Automotive battles? If so yes, come to think of it; I do not know of a place that sells automotive batteries and does not install them.
