Tried to contact someone, but can not reach anyone on the number. When I press "0" to speak to an operator, the prompt just restarts. You never get a person on the phone!! Straight trash!!!

Got on the bus at 4:20 from eustis going to Leesburg as of now I've been on the bus 1 hr and 30 min and still we are only a city over.
