Bought a Whirlpool Washer this morning. Brought home and installed it myself. It's washing It's first load of cloths now. Friendly people, unboxed for inspection, loaded in truck for me. I have also purchased a dishwasher and microwave from this location over the past 8 years. I like taking care of issues quickly and Appliance Direct keeps a large inventory. Everything done in 1/2 a day.

Sorry to say this store doesn't stand behind the products they sell. We paid well over $2500 for a new "top of the line" refrigerator. After two weeks we were not happy with it, the layout was not a good fit, and so we asked to return the refrigerator and trade it in for something else. They refused!!??! Where's the customer SATISFACTION? We will never buy from this store again.

Prices range starting from around $200 and higher. I priced around and they were the best deal.
They have no exchanges once they install the appliances and leave your property you better make sure everything works perfect. I bought a stove,microwave, dishwasher and a fridge all stainless steel appliances. The driver just left my property and we found out the microwave did not work. I called the technician not 5 minutes after he left he said I needed to call a repair man it was installed and he could not do anything. It took 1 month to get it fixed.
Don't know, I did it myself. The new over range micro's aren't heavy like the older ones were. Call the store for $.
Don't want to do business here.
