Moved across the street to building 2 but it was quick and smooth. The agent that helped me was very sincere/kind. Overall great experience dealing with the SSA team.

Not full service. They were packing up to move when I went, so that made it inefficient

I made more than 20 calls to make an appointment online and they have the lines closed so as not to attend to the public it is disrespectful that people try to request our document by right and that they do not do it and if you go to the site they treat you badly and they do not They even help you to see how you can make an appointment, they are a disappointment with the racism they have against Hispanics and Latinos. They hang up the phone and leave us talking to ourselves as if we were dogs

By appointment only
One would get 600 from the others.
Nothing seems to be normal these days but you should be able to get her name if you contact the office and ask for her name with the extension number you have.. Or just call and put in the extension and you should be able to get information about her that way as well..
You need to call, the officer on the door can give it
