Small but adequate store. Often cannot find help here if you need it. Has most things the bigger size stores have. Cut and prepared food goes quick here as it's surrounded by residential and people walk, ride bikes, etc to get to the location. Like a neighborhood store.

I wait in line at least 30 minutes every time I’m here. Staff never seems to know what to do at the register. I can’t even go here anymore after how much time I wait around trying to check out. Staff has no urgency or sense or awareness for what is going on around them. 2 registers open with lines down the Store, one of them being the express lane.

Safeway and i aren't friends. I did try them out recently and things went really well. We haven't become friends yet but we no longer are enemies. The staff is helpful and well-meaning. Maybe we can become friends once more.

Been shopping here for 12 years because I live in the neighborhood. They are literally sold out of every sale item two days into the week. The manager hasn't been able to properly do inventory for a decade. If an item is a really good deal it's almost as if they intentionally don't order enough product. Be prepared to have a wallet stuffed full of "rain checks" because that seems to be the only solution to their problems.
