1 star is for easy shipping and dock area to access....everything else was poor at best! We been drivers for 30 years delivering all over US. This was the first place we had to go into shipping office and take a test..a test, yes about delivering goods at this company! I am handicapped so my wife always checks us in, that hurt me....I'm 400 plus lbs and their was no where for me to sit either! The women in the office treated my wife rude and ignored her for several minutes while they chatted about their families or grandkids.....then she fussed at her for "blocking the parking lot" which we did no such thing! Part of a successful 30 yr trucker is being courteous and professional when parking a 70+foot truck.....so yes this office staff was rude. I am also dyslexic so I was unable to read and a man had to read the questions to me, embarrassing....if this company treats all new delivery drivers like this lady did I dont understand! Not a drop of SC southern hospitality!
