Ha… Try paying your bill when you’re overseas. You get to listen to some guy tell you stuff you don’t need to know or care about and hold forever because they are always experiencing unusually high call volume. If you press 1 to have them call back, it goes to SPAM because it’s recognized as an automated redial number. When you hold and finally get someone, they put you through to an automated/virtual payment system, which is worthless if you don’t have your account number with you. We’ve been calling for two weeks with zero success but we sure know they have a friggin game on their website.. cuz some guy told us all about it. Current call? 19 minutes and waiting.

I’ve had service with SECO for 6 years. Very reliable and hardly experience outages. My service is underground as well. I might be a little biased given that I also work for SECO as well. I can truly say that we do our best to help the members and they treat employees like family. Truly a blessing to work for a company like SECO, I’ve learned so much over the years and grown professionally as well. I’m moving in 2 weeks and just knowing I won’t be serviced by my company anymore makes me extremely nervous. I will miss SECO energy!

Haved lived in several areas of the country. This is by far the worst electric company ever. They can't even distribute power competently. Kind of like living in a third world country.

Paul came out to see why our electric was going on and off. He found the surge protector had melted elements. Paul had to shut off total electric to the house because of this hazard (on the hottest day!!!) and suggested we call our electrician. Our electrician changed out the parts, got it inspected and Paul was back out to turn our electric back on. We feel safe knowing that the problem has been corrected. We cannot thank Paul enough for his quick response, professionalism, dedication to the company he works for and the customers he serves!!!

The Continental feeder outage occurred this morning at 8:25 a.m. and all 3,276 members affected were restored at 9:00 a.m. the cause of the outage is a failed underground cable connection close to the substation. We apologize for the inconvenience and delayed reply.

Still not on in Tamarind Grove.
You would have to call seco customer service directly
They are a very good company, especially when it comes to helping people out with things like extensions. Give them a call and tell them what's going on, it's definitely worth a try.

Apologies for the late reply. The outage yesterday in The Villages of Fenney was restored in about an hour, and the cause was a livestock truck that bumped into a feeder pole.
