Some reviewers are mixing this Starbucks up with the other one three minutes down the road, right by the Chik-Fil-A. That one is located in Belmont Shoppes. There is no Sarah (who is mentioned in two recent reviews) that works at the Fruitville Pike Starbucks. But maybe there is a Sarah who works at the Starbucks at Belmont Shoppes (located on Fruitville Pike). But, again, two different establishments. If you are going to do a negative (or positive) review about a place ... make sure it’s the right place. That’s only fair. #thereisnosarahatfruitvillepikestarbucks

I understand mistakes on drive thru ordering once in a while, but consistently (4x) making an online order for a hot latte ICED, is absurd. Kinda sucks that this is my only decent coffee place near work. Dunkin’ is just sewer water. Please tell me where this says iced. To be fair, everyone there is amazing and I’m not a complainer, but read people. Read.
