Another one of the locals secret fishing spots with a nice boat lunch for small boats.

I use this ramp frequently to launch my canoe. Convenient and never busy. Please continue to keep it clean by using the trash cans! There is a small table/awning. Disc golf course seems to be maintained well.

A great place for a paddle. Well maintained launch area with restrooms, parking, and ramp. There is a picnic table as well as a trash can just a few feet from the launch which is nice to use as a place to gather your gear. As of March of 2022, we were able to travel east about 0.9 miles before we hit a blockage (see photos). We turned around from where we were, paddled back 0.9 miles, past the launch, under the I-75 bridge (which was so cool and eye catching, watch for bats!), through the winding waterways out to Lake Panasoffkee. We looped around into the other river bend and took that back the way we came to make it back to the ramp. About 3 hours to do 5 miles with some stopping and paddling into the wind on the way back. Passed a few boats on the way back including an airboat doing a tour, but every boater we passed was very respectful. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back. No crazy overgrowth for us but it’s still early in the year as of this review, so we will see one day in the future when we return. I’ll update this post.

The entrance is where CR470 meets 301. At the light look to the left. You'll take a right and immediate Left into a driveway that snakes around to the park
