The pharmacist is really evil here. I asked her if she knew a good doctor. She asked if she wanted me to call the police, I said no. She called them anyway. All she did was make life harder for me. Does she know I can refuse help from the cops? So you brought them over here to cause a scene at my house.

Awful pharmacy staff. I was interrogated and berated, by two employees, for requesting to purchase 2 syringes. One excuse, for refusal, was that they needed every syringe for the covid vaccine, an area that currently had 1 visitor. She also stated that had I purchased the prescription, from them, it wouldn't be a problem. She stated: "If you purchased it at another pharmacy, you should go there." Extremely uneducated and unprofessional staff. They wanted to debate exactly how many syringes are needed for a given time period, per the prescription. Dosage and frequency of this medication varies greatly, and the prescription is as needed. It was very clear, they wanted to ascertain and debate personal medical information, so they could determine if my answers were sufficient to satisfy their personal beliefs. Anyone that runs out, and needs a syringe to administer insulin to a diabetic child should not go to a publix pharmacy, expecting assistance. They have all day to provide various reasons why they will not help, yet no time to provide assistance. Again, I went in to purchase 2 syringes, not 50. They should be ashamed of themselves, and Crystal Lynn Moore would be better utilized managing the freezer section, with that level of care. A formal complaint is being filed with the Florida board of pharmacy. For a pharmacist to create an environment where someone whom may or may not opt to get a vaccine in the future, takes priority over a patient currently needing to administer medically required treatment, is negligent and dangerous. "I will hold myself and my colleagues to the highest principles of our profession's moral, ethical and legal conduct. I will embrace and advocate changes that improve patient care. I will utilize my knowledge, skills, experiences, and values to prepare the next generation of pharmacists." How many ways did you violate your oath? How did your actions, to thwart physician prescribed treatment, improve patient care?

Pharmacy has been great especially like their drive through and text messages when my refill is ready for pickup.

Great pharmacy and it’s all due to the pharmacy staff that work there!! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Too bad many customers are ignorant, impatient, and entitled to know what the job ACTUALLY entails! Keep up the good work, pharmacy!
