Alec came out and did a maintenance on our system, he was very thorough and communicative. We were recommended a hard start and surge protector and he provided the relevant information on to why we should. He installed them and they are working and we are happy.

Ripoff: Charging double the prices in cases triple the prices that other people are charging. Taking advantage of old elderly couples in Lakeshore. $9000 for a small system. You can buy a similar system for $1500. Attempting to oversupply the amount of BTUs needed for a small room 361 sq ft. A 4 Bedroom house 2000 sqft needs a system thats is 24000BTUs for a price of $5000. So you can see that the of $9000 is a total rip off for anyone for anyone buying this. The Home Depot was half this price of $4500 but you can buy a great kit by Alpine $1500 and call Angie's List to install this for you for about $500. You only spent $2000 more or less.
