Very helpful staff, they helped me find exactly what I needed. I just finished installing it and it worked out perfectly, this place always has the biggest selection for HVAC applications, I wish we had one closer to my house.

Called ahead for a part covered by warranty. No problem, Lisa says, we'll have it ready for you at Will-Call. Silly me, I believed her. I drove almost an hour from Tavares only to wait for nearly 50 minutes for a part. The guy working the desk was good but he was swamped...he did his best to keep everyone satisfied but he needed some help. It wasn't that the extra time was due to being a warranty part - the guy was simply in the weeds. It was an irritant to see other employees (thru the window) standing around. Grrr. If I had known it was a $17 part, I would have gladly paid cash and went on my way...
