Highly recommended! Just left my appointment for contacts and glasses and when I tell u the store manager JENNIFER is the true definition of great customer service in 2022!! That’s what I mean. Had a small issue and she took care of it and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not many places care about things other than money. I expressed that I was transgender and they were very gender affirming in using the right pronouns and my preferred name. Definitely will be doing my next annual eye check up with optical outlet belle isle (sandlake). Jennifer definitely needs a raise :) you can find a worker anywhere. But finding a GOOD worker - that’s hard to come by. Keep up the great work.

I have been trying to contact this office for over a week now, just to get some replacement glasses, they always send me to a elevator music and they never pick up the phone, either the line rings forever with no answer, or they forward you to elevator music forever and they don’t answer! This office definitely needs some better customer service and obviously a new staff! I have never experienced this type of customer service ever before with optical outlets until I moved here to Orlando! Unfortunately now that I am located here in Orlando this is the office that I went to and I’m not sure if I can contact another office to do the same thing, but this office is a waste of time and the staff operates business extremely poorly!

Dr. Ma literally saved my life. I went in for a routine eye exam bc my eyesight was getting a bit worse over time. Dr. Ma looked at my dialated eyes and immediately asked me if I had really bad "migraine type headaches". I said yes, but nobody could find the source of them and my scans were all normal. She told me to make an appointment with a neuroopthomologist right away. One week later I had an emergency brain surgery. Turned out that I have a rare brain disease that affects 1 in every 200,000 women. I owe her my life and my eyesight. I would've been completely blind and/or dead if it wasn't for her doing her job so well ❤️🩹 I'll never, EVER go to another place for my eyes and glasses. I absolutely love this location and everyone who works here. I've since had a total of 6 brain surgeries. Crazy... 🥺🧠🤯

Went for my yerly check up last week friday 28, 2022. Staff were attentive. The only thing was that I felt my eye exam was made in a hurry, but I guess they suppose to be just like that. Currently waiting for my 2 pair prescription and hopong I get them soon and correct! They even allowed me to pick my frames before getting my eyes exam which pleased me a lot because once my eyes get dilated there is no way for me to distinguish. Overall a great experience! Once I get my order I may give my full 5 stars.
