Our Service Tech, Cameron, was on time, extremely professional and courteous. He kept me informed about everything he was doing and found several issues that needed attention. He repaired them immediately and had my system running normal again. American Air & Heat has always been a great company to do business with and I will be requesting Cameron as my service tech from now on.

The American Air and Heat tech, Sal Farah was very personable, and professional. He came in with a pleasant attitude, beautiful smile and was attentive and thorough to details with his work. He was not rushed to finish his job and leave. Offered me services at a discounted rate, which I really appreciated. We have used the company before for a smaller issue. Called again when our AC would not cool below 82, a technician (Brian) came out the same day, was friendly and helpful. Gave me lots of information, ultimately decided we needed a new unit, we met with David (the same day) to discuss options and then 5 days later the new unit was installed by Jean and Isaiah. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. All team members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At times, being a woman, means that it is easy for professionals to brush you off, but I did not experience that once. Jean and Isaiah’s installation went great and they really took the time to talk us through everything. They were fantastic!! The only downside (that doesn’t affect our overall rating), is that there wasn’t a portable AC unit available until two days after our unit broke. Other than that, the whole experience was fantastic. I called American Air and Heat to fix my AC as it wasn’t blowing cool air and they were able to send someone out that Wednesday afternoon. Brian came and did a diagnostic and figured out the problem. He was very informative and provided great service. They ordered the part that needed to be replaced and came out first thing Friday morning and got my system back up and running better than before. Steve and Daniel were very thorough with their work and did a great job getting everything fixed properly and left me with a happy cool house! Will definitely be using their services again in the future and would recommend them to others!
