The company is misleading when it comes to warranty transfers. I was told by my realtor that roof warranty will be transferred to new owner but it does NOT! Beware!! I purchased a home and the warranty was not transferred over to me. They stated I’m not in their system. I had to inquire about it further and after they researched, they said that to have the product warranty, one would have to register online and to have labor warranty transferred it would be $200. What a joke and a way to extort more money from people. If a company truly does quality work, the warranty should stay with the HOME!! I would not recommend.

Best roofing company around!!. Excellent service. Crew was very efficient and cleaned everything up!. Even did cosmetic work for me and didn't charge me. My sales rep David explained everything and gave me best quote. Highly recommend them!!!!

Old Time Roofing is a great company that provides the customer with "Old Time Customer Care!" Dave initially came out to the house to meet with us and explain everything to my wife and I. Dave's knowledge of all things roof related is impressive as is the manner in which he interacts with the client, that was very important to us. The crew that did our entire roof was professional and extremely courteous.. They finished replacing our roof within 5 days and below budget.
