Ordered on Nov 20 to be picked up on Nov 30. Order was prepaid and promised for Nov30 as Tournament was Dec 1. Went in to pick up on Nov 30, were told order not ready until Dec 3. No apology, no phone call, no warning, no trophy’s. We were really upset, they really didn’t care. Ruined presentation of a big Tennis tournament.
