I scheduled an appointment (which is recommended). I was only in there for about 8 minutes (including waiting & getting blood drawn). The lady i had was super nice & quick. Would definitely go there again.

I made an appointment and was taken over an hour over time. And there was like 10 people shoved in the room when I got there. I have seen a lot of the other reviews saying the same and nothing changed.

I walked in the day before Thanksgiving and was seen right away. My doctor's office forgot to include some info on my lab order. The phlebotomist tried to get the info for me, but the office was closed. I understood and decided to make an appointment for Monday afternoon to give time for the office to open again. When I arrived for my appointment, the phlebotomist Kaitlyn remembered me and had already gotten the information that was required. Her colleague was really nice too and made me not feel as nervous. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very pleased!!! I would strongly recommend making an appointment though because there were at least 6 people waiting in the lobby for walk ins. Since I made an appointment and they didn't, I got to go first...so schedule an appointment if at all possible!Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, Jessica!

What is the purpose of making an appointment if they are not honored. I arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment. I left the waiting room at 8:15 without ever having been seen. By the way you really shouldnt bave 10 people crammed into such a tiny waiting room during COVID. Shame.We apologize if this was your experience, Pamela, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
