Worst dunking donuts, I’ve made two mobile orders ten minutes away and my drinks are never made. So when I get there, I have to wait like I placed an order in the store. Also, there customer service is horrid. I live less than a minute but I’ll travel to Penn hills location on rodi or monroeville. This one is so sub par!

Gotta update my review. This place must have a new morning manager. The speed of the drive thru has increased exponentially. Kudos to the owners for hiring new and more staff.

I used the drive thru today and I noticed some of my order was missing. The girls working were very sweet. I had my missing items added at no cost. I appreciate being treated with kindness and honesty. It's refreshing to see that not everyone has become jaded this past year. Thank you!
