Not the worst Dunkin I guess but please stop messing up my lattes. I know it sounds petty but some of us just are used to our routines in the morning and 1 thing being off can throw off the rest of the day. Twice in a row I've gone to order a hot latte and been given an ice latte instead. The lines get too long to try to hold stuff up just to fix one drink and I don't like being that customer....but I don't like ice in my coffee.

Terrible. The employees were more concerned about shuffling about aimlessly, then taking orders, and filling them correctly. 2 donuts, and a small coffee isn't that difficult, is it? Strongly Do Not go here. Dirty floors in kitchen area, dirty tables, but lots of employees on their cell phones. 1-10----1

Dunkin’s are usually pretty bad. Most of them don’t know how to make simple drinks right. I know places are short staffed. But the problems were even pre-pandemic. Ordering a featured menu item is usually a guessing game if it’s going to be any good or have any flavoring. Ordering a peppermint mocha should probably be warm and taste like peppermint. But it is cold and has no peppermint. Ordering a pumpkin spice latte should taste like pumpkin, but it tastes unsweetened and worse than any handcrafted drink I’ve ever had. Go to Starbucks, or better yet, support your local coffee shops instead. They’ll get it right. Update: my wife went there for a promotion they had for $3 salted caramel lattes. They didn’t have any. But they had regular caramel. Weird? But if you’re running a promotion, order plenty of product for that promotion. We stopped going to Dunkin because of this store. But she only went because of this promotion. This store continues to disappoint.

I called because creamer was added into my coffee and I cannot have regular milk. The manager was rude and tried to tell me what I had in my drink. I visit this location multiple times a week and order the exact same coffee every time. I never asked for anything free or for a refund. The call was to only inform them of the mistake. The staff are more respectful than the manager. I will not return to this location! BTW, there wasn’t even a sticker on my cup that stated what was in my drink!
