The staff here, particularly Derek, went well beyond my expectations to make sure I got the color match I needed for a specific red paint. When the first gallon missed the mark, he did a manual remix of a second gallon to get as close as possible. Great service.

Friendly staff I will say. However, this was my first time painting a house and I was quoted entirely to much paint even after I gave dimensions and room sizes. Not only do I have left over gallons but I was led to believe I could return the paint. I was under the assumption as long as it was not a specialty color a return could be done. This is not the case, only white paint. I ended up with several opened gallons with a A LOT of left over paint and three gallons of completely untouched paint. Called the manager to see if store credit or anything could be done when I come back to paint the entire outside of my house and he did not work with me at all. I will not be using Sherwin Williams again. I have roughly $100 dollars of completely untouched paint sitting in storage that I can do nothing with.
