My house flooded from a sewer line blockage. They got here in an hour and immediately went to work removing the water, setting up fans, etc. It took days to get everything dry but their efforts worked to prevent mold from setting in and saved a lot of drywall work on some of the walls. They worked hard and were very conscientious with everything they did. When finished, they thoroughly sanitized and cleaned my floors and put everything back in it’s place. Thank you Dan and Christian for a great job!

Extremely professional and responsive. Both Taylor in the field, and Britney as service manager in the office were prompt and courteous in a difficult situation. The water damage occurred in my Florida condo and was discovered by a friend who checks the premises while I'm home in New York. There was extensive damage to walls, baseboard, carpet and furniture. ServPro provided disaster restoration and cleanup services immediately and had dehumidifying fans running constantly for many days. Special thanks goes to Britney in the office who was both patient and pleasant regarding payment when the insurance company was basically incommunicado for many months both with ServPro and with me.
