I had a package that was showing delivered at a local UPS Access Point today. I went to the Access Point, Advance Auto Parts in Glen Cove on Forest Avenue, to be told by Jim (who identified himself as the manager) that the package was not delivered even though the tracking showed it had. Jim went on to state that the UPS Driver routinely showed packages as having been delivered when they were not. This occurred September 1, 2022 and the Tracking Number for the package is 1ZY911X36790374566. I will add that Jim is not the most customer friendly person and the individual in front of us just finished arguing with Jim about another unrelated issue. I have had previous issues with dropping packages off at this UPS Access Point where Jim said he could not scan them or I could n0t get any confirmation on their mailing. Other employees tend to be much better based on previous experience but this Access Point does UPS a great disservice.

I have used that location about 6 times,and each time my packages are misplaced, because the incompetent staff,fails to enter the correct destination where the package is being shipped

The delivery Carriers out of this location are horrible. I have been waiting for the same package for 2months. The first time it was "attempted delivery" there was no slip left on the property. The driver told dispatch or input in his reporting system that the package was "Refused" which was a lie. I was told I'd have to pay for reshipping, as I further investigated I discovered that the item was actually "Damaged" it took nearly a Month to get this sorted out with the sender. Now the item is being shipped again, I'm tracking it on my phone the next driver lies too, says no one was there to receive the package when there were people literally sitting outside with the sole purpose of looking and waiting for the UPS delivery. He never left a slip on the property, isn't the slip the "proof" the delivery was attempted and we missed the delivery. So if there is no slip they never knocked on the door. I've been waiting for the call from dispatch for 24hrs and supposedly they made another attempt today. If they would have CALLED me ,I would have told them I'd come get the Package myself! Horrible Horrible Service!

Nothing like waiting all day just to be lied to! A desk attendant is there 24/7. UPS didn't deliver on time, instead they mark the package as undeliverable. Won't be using their services in the future.

I believe you have to call the toll free number for UPS and provide them with a tracking number and zip code
If your supervisor told you something stay with what you were told. If you werent told what time does your shift start or what time did you start the last day you worked. Id go in earlier then the last worked day. Today the twi is starting 1030 am
