These guys have so badly mismanaged our mortgage. Unfortunately we are stuck with them. I've never seen so much confusion around a standard loan and variability in a mortgage payment from any bank we've dealt with as we have with these guys. Fluctuating over $1k in any given month??? Unacceptable.

Love my bank. There is no fees for normal things like opening or maintaining an account.
