The product works, but I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this location. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed there was a deep scratch in the leather on the steering wheel that was not there before. I am certain of this, because I had just had the leather refinished before taking it in for the undercoating. This type of scratch on the steering wheel was usually caused by jeans with brass rivets rubbing against the wheel when getting in and out, which is why I had the leather resurfaced. When I got it back, it had a fresh scratch on it. I emailed a photo to the management, but they denied they were responsible. They sent me video footage of the technician getting in when I dropped the car off, but conveniently neglected to show footage of the car in the bay, or the other tech who brought it back out afterwards. I understand that accidents happen, but their stubborn refusal to take responsibility or to make this right is unforgivable. I will not be using this facility in the future. UPDATE: The company continues to insist that the video shows that it was impossible for them to cause the damage, but it proves no such thing. They also incorrectly assumed that the leather company I left a negative review for is the one that reconditioned the steering wheel on this vehicle. They didn't bother to ask of course, because they have no intention of taking responsibility for their actions. This further demonstrates the level of ignorance and dishonesty that these people are willing to stoop to.

All the staff that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. It's what is expected when having service work performed but, they exceeded my expectation. Like the parking lot review after the job was completed. Nice work NHOU !

I bought a new 5th wheel trailer, and had it coated underneath as a preventative for mice. It's also used as an undercutting protection for cars.I can tell you this pass winter did not experiance any mice at all, nothing. Maybe early trial but very satisfied the last 8 months.

Just had my 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor undercoating done with back to black and I'm excited to see how well it turns out/holds up this winter and offroading. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they explained what to do/not do after leaving and you have the option to stay and watch the service on a TV. Will update my post in the future!

I would recommend getting the lift first, so that you get everything covered.
I'm only a customer, I can't answer that!
Call NH location they setup all distribution
Yes
I dont think so. They have a new facility. Definitely wont affect the treatment.
Hi Ross, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I believe your vehicle would be $159 for Clear and $179 for black. Please call the office if you have additional questions 603-491-9012 extension one thanks Joe
I would absolutely oil it if it's going to be spending time in the winter in New England. These trucks don't exist around here anymore because they rot out so badly
It usually takes 1 hour for an oil undercoating
Dan we would ask you to bring the vehicle in as clean as possible, get a high-pressure undercarriage wash the day before. With that said we would spend up to five or 10 minutes blowing off dirt and dust if necessary. If the vehicle is flaky and extremely dirty you would need to schedule extra time on prep at an hourly rate
I'm from New Hamphire they have a website you put your zip in and it tells you the nearest one to you.
Hi William, it will not harm any of your painted surfaces. Just wash it off with simple green or Dawn dishwashing soap. There are no solvents or detergents in our product
40-80 psi be sure to stay away from the brakes and exhaust
No. It's best not to.
Not necessary In most cases the manufacturer provides access
