This location according to the website on July 31 was open when my wife went there to get the tire fixed they had a handwritten sign saying they were closed! She had to drive all the way to concord mills location on the temporary tire because Salisbury was closed and the Kannapolis location only had 1 mechanic on duty and couldn’t get to it! Now the owner of this location basically says it didn’t happen! Apparently the owner doesn’t know what goes on in his store!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! HECTOR is the most rudest and unprofessional thing I have ever encountered at a repair shop! I had my vehicle towed to this location and before they even looked at my car or put it on the machine HECTOR told me I needed to take my car to the dealership. He likes to go back and forth with customers. Based off of these recent reviews that’s the “norm” for this location telling people to go to the dealership because they don’t wanna fix anything on top of that when my boyfriend arrived this morning to let HECTOR know we were having my car moved to a different mechanic he noticed they BROKE the latch on my ARM REST I was on the phone the whole time and I can hear HECTOR he was very nonchalant about it. I know for a fact it wasn’t BROKE before I brought my car there. Oh yea HECTOR also likes to hang up on customers go figure HECTOR you should be ASHAMED of yourself for the way you are running this location very disgusting and distasteful customer service!! HECTOR the only reason you probably got that job is because your BILINGUAL what you need to do is HUMBLE yourself and treat customers with respect cause without them this location would be shut down you are bad for business and I’m gonna let the WORLD know! I will be contacting headquarters and BBB!!
