My home warranty company selected Sears Home Service repair to repair my fridge that went out. I received notification that Sears would be out to diagnose my refrigerators issue the next day from 8a to 5p. I took the day off work and waited for the technician to arrive. At 11.05a I received a text message the tech would arrive between 439p to 609p. At 1148a I received another text confirming the new appt for the same day. At 545p I still had not seen anyone so I followed the tracking link I was sent and it showed eta 6.05p however the technician was in Denton NC. There was no way he would arrive by 6.05p so I called just to check on his new eta. I was advised they rescheduled my appt for 2 days later. I received no notification. I spent all day waiting on him to arrive and being it was now after business hours no one else was available to come out. I've lost over $500 worth of food, I will now Have to take another day off and the Sears rep would not allow me to speak to a manager or her direct supervisor. Very poor service, I will never use this company again!!

They had no service people in my area and tried to refer me to someone I never heard of, I had no time to look up reviews of whom they were referring, and if I booked right then I was locked into using them or I would have to pay $80 even if I decided not to use. Did not sound right to me so I did not use them.

Cancelled first appointment with no notice. Two hours late for follow up with no call. Will not do business with SEARS in the future.
