Nothing but good things to say, we rented a box truck to help move my girlfriend to our new place, truck was clean and functional. Jordan made it a very easy process. Some places you go they can put you through hoops to rent anything, here took like 5 minutes and we were finished with the paperwork and I had the box truck I wanted for the job. If you never drove a box truck before don't be intimidated, it's like driving a car honestly just know you don't have the rear view mirror so try and have someone guide you backing in tight spaces. Blind spots are in the mirrors actually too. Make sure you stay centered in your lane these are much wider than your average car. Pointer too, take wider turns to avoid catching curbs!! Nothing but good things to say! In all price was not bad too! 54 miles round trip for us.

Wreckless Endangerment!!!! The truck I rented should not be on the road. The transmission was shot! The brakes were bad. The driver’s door couldn’t close properly! Then when I tried to call to explain that I didn’t feel safe driving it 60 miles back to the same location I was given the beaurocratic runaround for hours!

Jordan and staff are super helpful and friendly. I think there may be a few glitches within the company communications on a whole, but the staff at North Smithfield UHaul made sure to fix everything, answer all of my questions and deliver the results I was looking for. They helped me navigate truck rental, u box rental, storing the box, accessing the box on 3 occasions and shipping it to NC. The glitches were incurred with the call centers and computer system, but they made everything right and with great attitudes! Thanks Jordan, Stephen and team!

My husband and I went to this location to inquire about a unit we saw online. The guy greeted us right away when we came in, which was nice, however, he ended being very rude. We didn't realize there wasn't an elevator and the unit was upstairs. Since it was just the two of us and we had heavy boxes we weren't sure how many stairs and how far away the unit would be. When we asked the guy almost seemed irritated. His answer was, "Well, I don't know. I'd have to look at a different screen to answer that." At that point my husband just asked to see the unit before agreeing to the rental. Again, the guy looked irritated by that and began a speech of, "Well that's the only one available... So on and so on." We didn't ask if it was the only one available, we asked to see it. When I pointed out that he could be nicer he argued and said I misunderstood him. I worked in retail for 10 years. I'm not a difficult customer. This man clearly did not want to do any extra work and was unhappy at his job. Unfortunately for the company, they lost our business.

They have the 2020 chevrolet Silverados at the facility
I saw some trailers there but mostly trucks were more in number. It does have 24 hour drop in facility
