Made a reservation online for the clinic.... showed up, checked in and waited for an hour and 20 minutes! No one came out to check in with us had to go to the door and knock twice, much loader the second time, and then we were told we couldn’t be seen because it was their lunch time and the computer wouldn’t let them. 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment someone called to see if we were coming in and she had no recollection that we had been there and refused to see us!! Customer service, reliability and effective service really needs to be increased here. Quality control obviously isn’t a priority.

If there is a wait it is only a few minutes. Very convenient with the pharmacy right there. The person you see is very kind and she takes her time with you. She listens thoroughly and no being rushed. I would highly recommend the Minute Clinic.

The actual test is about 10 min long, if that. The results come in about 30 minutes later via phone and email
The base cost without insurance would be $79 at most. With insurance can be as low as $0. I would call directly to them if for yourself and your info is known.
