first time here, I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. when you arrive park your truck in staging area then walk to shipping receiving it's the first door you will see on the side of the building. upon entry take a right up the ramp and then a left up the steps and you will see the check-in area make sure your delivery number begins with the letters ND, if you do not have this number they will not talk to you. small place, quick to unload, I unloaded a trailer full of 50 gallon drums in the building all the way in the back. plenty of room to turn around and back in.
