Horrible service do not come here they give you a late apoinment time when they don’t want to do your car jus to say they don’t have time to do it the customer service is terible the workers lazy I feel bad for the guy that owns the place trusting his lying employees with the place smh karmas gunna get you if it already didn’t

Extremely disappointed with customer service. We had an appointment today at 9 . I got there, there are no parking as it is a very busy street. It’s pouring down and I decided to stop in front of the garage door to go ask where to go. As I start parking I see the garage door opening I figure wow this is awesome, he knows I’m here for my appointment and he sees it’s pouring down rain, he opened so I can back in. I back in he’s (I believe the owner) standing there I opened the window he very rudely says what are you doing? I tell him I have an appointment he says you can’t just back into my shop just because you saw the door opened. I didn’t open the door for you it’s for another car. I understand maybe I could’ve parked on the next block and walked there and ask , hence it was already 9am so was he taking another car before me? But he could’ve just said hey I’m sorry can you park outside or at least ask do you have an appointment? I tell him I’m sorry Ill pull the car out you could just be a little less harsh. He then says: even if you’re my best customer you can’t just park in like that 😳Anyway , we have been regular customers for 10+ years, we have brought several cars for them to tint. I think he could’ve used a little bit more respect and business stewardship when talking to a customer. He lost a very loyal customer.

The team did a great job! Very happy with the service. We used to use another service in the city for tint. This shop will be our go to and will recommend for others

Outstanding service! They squeezed me in to tint the front windows of my truck. Very professional in every sense. They were all kind and friendly, and my windows looked amazing! I’d recommend them to anyone, and I will be going back. The best quality and service of any tinting business I’ve used.

THEY REALLY GOOD AN FAST
Even if they do install Star Lights, I wouldn't recommend them. I've been three times, and disappointed alittle more each time. Finally I learned my lesson and I will never go back. The most unprofessional establishment I've ever been a part of. From the appointment booking, to the service in the shop. The owner will leave you waiting at the desk until hes satisfied doing whatever he pleases.The owner looks at you like you should be educated on the product and the service. You will have to ask alot of questions just to get the simplest answer. Almost like they are doing it on purpose for a laugh at your expense.
Do I?? No...but there's a shop on Robeson St. called Car-Toons that does
