This person is very unprofessional, he takes your money, then you end up with basically no coverage on your vehicle. He don't answer calls, he locks the office door when you arrive, and he's nasty. Cannot believe this type of business is still running. But I'm not too surprised since it is located in Brockton. The cheapest insurance place and of course it will come with consequences. This agency is made for people with old as cars that are falling apart but needs to be insured. This business is a dump a d it should closed down.

The ignorant Indian man who usually works the front is very unprofessional. He does not let people talk nor let you explain what you need to say. I will never tell anyone to go to diamond insurance. The attitude was disgusting. Not only am I going to leave a review but I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and file a complaint. Someone with no professionalism and no patience to listen should not run a business. Not to mention that you smoke cigarettes in your facility where customers come in and out of. Your company needs to be shut down completely.
