So slow at processing my orders that by the time they get to the Groveland facility they end up late. Not sure which facility is worse this one or the one in Groveland, but you guys sure are competing for last place.

To start off, I would give 0 stars, if not for the supervisor’s Joseph Williams professionalism. The gate day shift was troublesome, not listening to what I need,and repeating the same set of directions multiple times. Only called the supervisor after asked 5-6 times. Once the supervisor Joseph came, he solved the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you

This location has a terrible track record of losing packages completely causing complete reorders and wastes of money. If you see your package is coming from DAVENPORT I recommend either canceling your order or change it to pick up from facility because the people over there are incompetent and don't know what they are doing

No we are a sort center you can't pick up or return any package here.
I remember an issue where a package took way too long to arrive. Some issue about it being lost or something. I contacted Amazon support and arrived with a suggestion for them to send the exact item a second time and return the first item when it was found. I don't know if the original was ever found but I got the second in time to finalize what I had planned. At no extra cost.
