I remember an issue where a package took way too long to arrive. Some issue about it being lost or something. I contacted Amazon support and arrived with a suggestion for them to send the exact item a second time and return the first item when it was found. I don't know if the original was ever found but I got the second in time to finalize what I had planned. At no extra cost.
This is not a delivery station. They won't even allow you past the gate without proper authentication. It's up to you to contact Amazon help to get in touch with customer service. Sorry you're not happy.
