Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company (and I’ve had some really great experiences!) This tops them all. My cousin used their services a few weeks ago and was highly impressed, so they not only came highly recommended, they also did not disappoint. It started with Manny, who called me less than 5 minutes after I put in a request on the website. I also received a text and email (!) with the quote. In less than 15 minutes, I paid a deposit and was confirmed. All questions answered! Such a relief. Everything was confirmed again the day before and Walter and William called to say they were en route and arrived on time at 7 am. It was an out of state move and a very long day for them, but they both were warm, friendly, confident and utterly professional. I didn’t have to do anything but tell them where to place my items. I cannot say enough positive things to convey how amazing these men were. Moving is stressful but…East Coast Boston Movers is worth every penny of their very fair price. We will work together again! Mr. Gonzalez is absolutely the best. Our move was a mess - we had to change the date five times in a month - and kept changing the contents of the move too. FIVE times people! He had not only the patience of a Saint but he actually told me several times taking care of customers was his job. Who says that anymore??? And then his team lead by Melvin showed up and dealt with several very fragile antiques in the midst of a house that was staging for an estate sale. Which meant a minefield of boxes, people and chaos. Got everything done off four floors in a 200 year old Victorian perfectly. Everything wrapped, every nick on the very old furniture pointed out to me so we knew there was prior damage. And they helped us on both ends of the move with other furniture moving it around. AND! They are the best price in town. Please support this local business who actually cares about what they do. We need more of them across all industries. We are using them two more times over the next month for my siblings and parents. Amazing company.
