Received an oil change and it was overfilled. I realized it a week after I checked the status of my car’s oil service within the control setting. Now I must return to have the problem corrected before it causes damage to my vehicle. The company also offers a complimentary vacuuming of your vehicle after being serviced. My car was vacuumed extremely poorly and I requested it be done correctly. Bottom line, check to ensure you get what you pay for!

What a great experience! Chris Novo worked with me via messaging providing photographs, videos, and close-up details of the Audi R8 that I purchased from Audi of Tampa. The description, customer service, and the whole experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Chris is a fantastic salesman with a kind heart! Me and my son were lucky to have such a sales person and enjoyed his charisma equally. This dealership is lucky to have him and I look forward to working with them and Chris again with any future car purchases I may make.

I am pleased with the quality of service provided by Morgan Auto Group after taking over Audi Tampa formally owned by Reeves. I had my Audi serviced last month and when I received the car back my steering wheel had been damaged with scratches. When I messaged my service advisor about it he asked a few questions and helped me get it taken care of. I will surely have my car serviced here whenever necessary and am looking forward to the next car.

I received my new 2022 Audi SQ5 last week. The car was in pristine condition and the sales person was top notch. If you have to buy an Audi, please see Ryan in sales. He knows the Audi intimately and can answer any question you may have. However, the Reeves’s group sold the dealership to Morgan auto group. I had negotiated a price, dealer fee, and trade value back in June. Audi Tampa kept my asking price to current industry standard or below. They only gave minimal price on my traded vehicle. They did increase their dealer fee. Loan rates were nearly tripled since June 2020 but I was comfortable at the current rate I received. The finance manager was very patient with me and my wife. He was a true professional. Overall, it was a great experience. My new SQ5 arrived in time for Christmas. It’s the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you!
