So I called asking a very basic question. I got transferred to an employee named Laci. She went above and beyond. She could have easily given me a quick no and moved on. She found out who did the original work. Called them got a location. I mean way above and beyond. I’m sold! I’ll use them for everything I can. I hope management reads this and makes Laci a manager or train customer service! She is the person you want representing your business. I’ve told no exaggeration probably 5 different people how this person has gone so far above and beyond!

Worst service possible. They are very unprofessional and charge extremely expensive prices to fill up propane considering other companies in the area charging a fraction less. I drove my food trailer to them as a means of urgency, they totally were rude and when I decided to leave and go else where they cancelled and wanted to keep my deposit! Scams! Rude! Dishonest! Save your time and money and don’t come here

If i could rate Northside Propane higher, i would. I had another company scheduled for yesterday to fill my outdoor tank. They never showed up and never called. With family coming into town for Christmas we were in a panic as we had no gas for cooking. I called Northside and got their answering service as they were closed on the saturday before Christmas. To my surprise, Dave called me back within 20 minutes, jumped in a truck and drove to new port richey. Plus, they were less per gallon than the company who failed us. Amazing service, thank you so much.

We were a long term customer of Northside Propane with no complaints. Service was good and we had a great business relationship. I noticed we were being billed at 5.00/gallon for propane and compared prices, to realize we were being grossly over billed. After conversing with Northside they nicely agreed to drop my price by 3.00/gallon. Yes, that is 3.00/gallon. I thanked them and ask for credit for almost a year of the overage in their prices. This request was denied. We no longer are buying our propane from Northside. My fault for trusting in integrity, their fault for taking advantage of a customer that let his guard down due to a trusting relationship.
