We walked out. Music was not what I would call restaurant music and very loud inside so we went outside and 4 speakers blared this unsettling music to every table. I commented to waitress and she said I know, you or not only ones to complain and/or leave. Food last year was very good but the addition of LOUD not for pleasurable dining music has lost our business.

I am conflicted about this post. We love the food from this place. But after doing takeout through out the pandemic with good success, we had awful experienceS since going back in person. The waitresses have made simple mistakes and the management has lied to try to make it seem normal. Even after a free margarita or three, it has been hard to support this place regularly. But the food and drink is quite good.

I'll start by saying that I really like Mad Mex. I was really looking forward to a burrito and a Pick-a-dippa. The service was great, but my MadMex burrito was 90% rice (as was my wife's). Not sure what was going on in this particular restaurant, but I doubt I'll be back any time soon. On a positive note, the fire roasted salsa is just ridiculously good! Update...went to a different Mad Mex today for lunch. The service was great, the pineapple-habanero salsa was ridiculously good and the nachos top notch. This trip restored my faith in the chain.

Amazing waiter and amazing chimichanga very spicy but delicious. Outdoor seating area safer for children under 12 during the pandemic.

They seem to be following the same CDC guidelines as other restaurants. You must be wearing a mask upon entry and until seated. All workers are wearing masks. If you leave your table to walk around, you must have your mask up. They are sanitizing tables after each guest leaves. They also have sanitizer at the entrance.

It’s 3:00 on Monday and my server has spent more time with 2 kids and 2 another female than her customers. That’s not the customer service I expected. Don’t want to leave a tip but have too. 2 wrongs don’t make it right.

Don't leave tip and talk to management. Should have pointed that out before dinner was over
