I haven't moved in yet, but am excited to do so in a few months! I am moving to the area from out of state so I was unable to see the area in person, and Jennifer and Rebecca were very helpful during the entire application process and answered any and all questions I had. They are very responsive and I really appreciate that. Edit: 8/2022: My roommate and I moved out at the end of June and it has been a nightmare trying to get our security deposit back. We've had to call many times to ask about the status of our deposit, and are never given a straight answer. It is now past the 30 day mark, and I guess we'll see if we actually get our deposit back anytime soon.

I just moved here for one week and the past week was a nightmare for me because of the stinky smell like rotten eggs in our unit coming from the basement and I had to stay in the hotel for a couple days. However, Samuel was such a helpful staff memeber. He reacted very quickly and asked maintance guys to come over to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the issue still exsited after they tried everything. However, I am still very thankful to Samuel because he is very professional and kind, always trying his best to listen to my worries and to figure out the issue and finally he relocated me to another unit. If you have any issue with the apartment or you want to move to Cliffside, Samuel is definitely a reliable person to work with.

I recently moved my daughter into the Cliffside Apartments. Rebecca was very helpful, she was always available to take my calls and worked very hard to get my daughter's apartment ready in the very short period of time we gave her. The apartment is very clean, secure and quite. The access to the hiking trails, tennis courts and swimming pool is an added plus. The town of Sunderland is very welcoming and all the amenities you need are nearby.

I’ve lived at Cliffside since 2015. Prior to moving here I’ve always rented from a privately owned apartment. I don’t mind paying higher rent for the on-sight management and maintenance. Jennifer was super helpful assisting me in getting my credit rating high enough so I could pass the credit check. The apartment is small, but nice. The trails behind Cliffside are great to go hiking with my dog. The fact that you’re allowed to have a dog is the reason I moved here and will not be leaving any time soon!
