Had 20 yards of loam delivered (last minute) from Delta Stone June 2020. Used seed and sprinkler system and all it grew was weeds. Some of which i've never seen before. A local landscaping company tested loam and noted it to be silt. Incapable of growing anything. Had it removed. I called Delta to complain. We'll see.

Actually the delivery cost are higher that the material itself. If you need a small amount just rent a trailer from uhaul.
