To get his badly infected eye looked at and he was turned away because he didn't has an appointment they told him to go to urgent care. Urgent care took him right on the spot. He is getting a primary care doctor from urgent care and will never return to tri-town again

It is all well and good to honor someone….who does their job. I thought this agency was to help the elderly so here goes: how do you leave a 92 yr old without proper running water…..over a yr, not paying bills because they ran out of checks, and due to COVID and homebound, have no idea how to navigate the bank system when banks closed. How do you leave someone with no running washer to wash clothes….how do you say they have dementia when you HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG! Boggles my mind as a retired nurse how this agency employs ppl who never interact with ppl they are assigned to! Or do a home check to talk to the elderly…..then they WOULD see the conditions for which they were called upon! And let us not mention the meds causing mental issues in doses not allowed or meds not allowed for the elderly…..all this would have been caught upon ONE SINGLE HOME VISIT!

My Son & I have been Patients of Tri-County for over 10+ years now. Dr. Poselli is my son's Pediatrician, and My PCP was Dr. Perez. Dr. Poselli goes above and beyond for all of his Patient's. He takes his time, and describes everything that is going on, or What he will be doing. Wether it's giving my son a Immunization, Physical, or Just a wellness check up. He is truly the best Doctor my Son has ever had. I wish that Dr. Poselli could be my Son's Doctor after he turns 18. But he only sees children up until the age of 18 years old. Yaneria used to be Dr. Poselli's Medical Assistant, She is the TRUE TRI-COUNTY MVP OF THEM ALL!! She changed positions and is now a Medical Sectary. She goes above and beyond for all the Patients as well. She gets the job done, and gets the job done right the first time. She will not hang up the call with a patient in need until She knows that your needs are met. She should honestly be the Director of Tri-County because she does most of the Employee's Jobs anyways. She is very Caring, Warm Hearted, Sweet, and It truly shows how much she cares for the Patients and their needs. She should receive THE TRUE MVP AWARD FOR THE BEST SECTARY/MEDICAL ASSISTANT IN TRI-COUNTY!! Thank you to Dr. Poselli & Yaneria for making our experience at Tri-County the best for all these years. We look forward to more years to come!! Thank you for ALWAYS being there for My Family & I whenever we need a Helping Hand!!! Y'all Truly Are The Best!!!
