Be Terminated

Hyundai Greico service is not that great as used to. They resolved my issue but, my car was at dealer for 4 days. I dropped off my car a night before scheduled appointment as I arranged with advisor and dropped off keys at keybox. Next morning I received email that my appointment was cancelled. I called service dept twice and left voicemail. Next day I got call from dealer telling me that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't dealer is claiming that my car is not there. After explanation finally they found my car. I parked the car in front of service entrance so it was strange that they couldn't find the car. Advisor explained me that he was off nobody wasn't aware of it. I called it lack of communication.
