I took a tour of the 3200 space a while back and feel like it is one of the more innovative layouts for apartment complexes in Boston. They have been able to fill the space with a lot of great amenities, which are needed in the area. Having seen my fair share of apartments in and around Boston, I was most impressed with the studio apartments at 3200 Washington. Walking into their model studio unit, it felt like a one-bedroom, and I've not seen that before. I also appreciated the Juliette balconies and great common areas like the roof deck! The price point is worth it for the features this property can offer. The staff working for the property are so nice and knowledgeable, it would really feel like home to live here.

My Husband and I helped friends move into 3200 Washington in Jamaica Plain this past weekend. While we were there, we decided to take a tour of the property. I was so impressed with the building and community. Fabulous amenities and her apartment is beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Thanks to my Realtor for turning me on to these wonderful new apartments in Jamaica Plain. I took a tour this morning and couldn't believe my eyes. The Studio Suite is exactly what I am looking for. Now it's just a matter of finding out for sure if I'm relocating to Boston. Hope it all works out. I would love to live there!

I toured this building last week and fell in love with it. The apartments are awesome and it has a lot of different spaces for people to enjoy - fitness room with a Peleton, work space in many areas, a roof deck with great views and a very private outdoor courtyard. And it is so close to the hip parkside neighborhood in JP! I also really liked the fact that it is a smaller, more boutique type building. I feel lucky to have found it.

We generally offer 12-month leases but shorter terms may be possible.
Utilities are NOT included in the rent. Residents are responsible for paying for water, electric, internet, etc.
We do screenings as part of the application process including a financial screening with $1,000 holding deposit to apply, 660+ credit score, and 3x monthly rent.
Yes, we have grills available for residents to use.
Yes. We have complimentary bike storage on the garage level.
Yes, we use Parcel Pending locker system for packages.
Yes, we have internet available in the common areas. Residents are responsible for their personal internet service. Comcast is a local provider.
We do not offer trash removal services or dedicated recycling at this time. We do have trash receptacles available for convenient trash disposal.
We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. Smoking is NOT allowed in apartments or common areas — and we do not have designated smoking areas.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Indoor cats are permitted. The monthly pet rent per cat is $40.00 per month, not to exceed 2 cats. Additional restrictions apply and will be explained during the leasing process. Dogs of non-aggressive breeds are permitted in certain apartment homes. The monthly pet rent for a dog is $75.00 per month. Additional restrictions apply and will be explained during the leasing process. This policy is subject to change without notice.
Assigned garage parking available for $225 per month. Street parking also available, no permit required.

These apartments were built in 2019, and of course we do maintenance and upkeep on an ongoing basis.
