Tawanda who works at this location is rude and childish and almost attempted to get my car towed even though I offered to move it. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was the one stealing all the missing packages. Mine is missing. Slow with one person person at window while the rest are on their phones in the back.

They work until all deliverable mail is delivered...whatever time that may be. Staffing levels due to Covid can at times cause delays.
It would all depend on the reason why it was undeliverable......
You apply for the passport here the post office handles your application. When it's approved you get it in the mail. and yes as long as the camera is working they can take her photo for it. Passport hours are Monday through Saturday they are around 10-3 except on Saturday. Good luck
