You apply for the passport here the post office handles your application. When it's approved you get it in the mail. and yes as long as the camera is working they can take her photo for it. Passport hours are Monday through Saturday they are around 10-3 except on Saturday. Good luck
Yes you can and you would have to check what the hours are for passport stuff bcuz they do it certain days/hrs
