Went to repair a bike Andy is rude and disrespectful and racist. I will recommend people to shop elsewhere or not buy from them until Andy no longer works for the company.

Went here today and they were super nice! It was closing time, but they still did an immediate diagnosis of my bike (which had been sitting for a year) and told me it didn’t need anything except air in the tires, which they did for free. I really appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me on work my bike didn’t actually need. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today I found the perfect bike - a refurbished Gazelle Squadra - at BNB. Kareem and I spoke for 30 seconds and he pulled down the Gazelle for me - it’s comfortable fast rugged. No photo cause it will be coveted.

I am hoping to ship my Bianchi cross country to Oakland. I'm a bicycle novice and definitely do not know how to deconstruct and package this. I was wondering how much you might charge to either a) teach me how to do this or b) pack it for me?

Best to call and ask the shop. It can depend on the type of box, how much the bike has to be disassembled and the carrier you use.
